I had to ask reception myself about the waiting times as we had been waiting awhile and there was no communication from reception that the doctor hadn’t arrived yet. However the Gp was fantastic. Very understanding, listened, gave me advice and just an all round fantastic Gp.

Sympathetic attention, careful explanation of what staff were doing, and help whenever possible.

If people could pass on the information that I have a fixed hip, and therefore cannot sit upright, I have to keep saying this to each nurse.
